How do I pay for your services?

We accept cash and cheques on completion, bank transfers as well as cheques by post

What type of equipment do you use for your services?

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for all the services we provide, giving you peace of mind that your property is in safe hands.

Do I need to be home when you carry out the work?

Not always. As long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned, we can complete the job while you’re away.

I’ve accepted my quote — how do I confirm the booking or contact you?

Messages are sent to all costumers the evening before every clean, confirming the appointment. Following the completion, final message or an invoice will be sent containing price and payment details.

What areas do you cover?

Area covered: between Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Diss with their surrounding villages.

What is pure water?

Pure water, also known as purified or distilled water, is water that has been treated to remove impurities like minerals, salts, and other contaminants. It is primarily composed of H2O molecules and is considered to be free from dissolved substances.

What makes water “pure“?

Pure water is created by removing dissolved solids, minerals, and other contaminants that are typically found in natural water sources like tap water.
Purified water is often measured by its TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level, which indicates the amount of dissolved substances present.

Typically in Suffolk area the water reads anywhere between 450-650 TDS. Pure water typically has a TDS level of 0 PPM (parts per million) and water with TDS between 0-10 is usually used across industry for window cleaning ensuring no streaks and spots.

How is pure water produced?

Deionization: Removing ions (electrically charged particles) from the water.
Reverse osmosis: Forcing water through a semipermeable membrane to remove contaminants.
Carbon filtration: Using activated carbon to adsorb impurities.
Sediment filtration: Captures and filters out larger particles and sediments from water.
